Gary S. Klein
Gary S. Klein, a life-longStamford resident, has extensive trial experience in complex commercial and environmental litigation. Gary has been practicing since 1991 and has tried many cases to verdict in federal and state court involving all kinds of business disputes and environmental claims. Gary also has significant experience in complicated ADR proceedings including multi-party and international business arbitrations in the commercial, financial, and securities fields. Gary holds a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia , 1988 and a J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Miami , 1991, where he was Articles and Comments Editor of the University of Miami Law Review and a moot court instructor . Gary is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States , the State of Connecticut , the United States District Courts for the District of Connecticut, and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York , and the United States Courts of Appeals for the First and Second Circuits and has been listed in New England SuperLawyer and Connecticut SuperLawyer magazines. Gary has received the AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available. The president of the Connecticut Bar Association appointed Gary Co-Chair of Federal Practice Section for 2010-2012.
