Stephanie has an active commercial litigation practice in federal and state courts. She also has experience in complicated ADR proceedings, including international arbitrations. Stephanie has experience representing both businesses and individuals in federal and state courts in complex commercial matters, including, contract disputes, business torts, fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property disputes, wrongful termination, insurance coverage disputes, breaches of the duty to defend/indemnify, unfair trade practices, real property disputes, lease disputes, landlord/tenant disputes and school suspensions and expulsions. Stephanie received her B.A. from American University in Washington DC and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago, IL.
