- We obtained a $1.2 million dollar settlement for a 40 year old man injured in a two car collision caused by another's careless operation of an automobile.
- An award of $100,000 was received in a negligence case against an oral surgeon and dentist for the extraction of the wrong tooth.
- A client fell on ice fracturing her hip. The case was tried and the jury awarded $166,851 in damages.
- A young woman fractured her ankle while riding as a passenger in a two car collision. Her fracture did not heal properly and pain persisted. A $115,000 settlement was obtained.
- After a trial in a car accident case, the jury awarded our client $178,000 for a fractured patella, hematoma (bruised) thigh and bruised calf, and a chipped tooth.
